New Visa Application Procedure at the Embassy of Belgium in New Delhi

The Embassy of Belgium, New Delhi is pleased to introduce a new facility to meet the ever-increasing demand for Belgian Visa among Indians. It is our constant effort to provide greater comfort and convenience to our visa applicants.

Applicants coming from the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chaattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttranchal, Andaman & Nicobar Islands & West Bengal have to apply for their visa at the Embassy of Belgium in New Delhi. These applications can now be submitted at the Belgium Visa Application Centre at No 15 – 26 Block E 2nd Floor International Trade Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019
A visa application can be submitted by the following:

1) Applicant himself.
2) Travel Agents.
3) Representative.

Applications accepted at Belgium Visa Application Centre will be submitted on the next working day in the embassy. The time required to process Visa Applications is minimum of 3 working days under normal circumstances (excluding day of submission at VFS). In case a Representative or Travel Agent is coming to collect the application he/she needs to carry a Photo Id of himself/herself and an authority letter from the applicant.

Schengen visa has to be obtained from the the Embassy / Consulate of the country where the MAIN PURPOSE OF TRAVEL lies. Therefore, please check your travel plans before making your application to the Belgian Consulate. In case of travel to multiple Schengen countries, please make your application to the Embassy/Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days.

Schengen visa is valid for

Carry additional photocopies of your first and last page of the passport.

The person traveling for first time to Schengen country has to appear for an interview. The interview will be given as per the time slot available .
