RE-ENTRY VISA

When applying for a visa, you need to present the following documents at the Embassy or Consulate responsible for your place of residence:

  • A travel document (e.g. national passport) valid for at least 12 months, in which a visa can be affixed.
  • Two visa application forms duly completed, signed and accompanied by two recent photos bearing a true likeness to the applicant.
  • Original Temporary Residence Card and 02 recently certified copies.

Important:

  1. The documents listed above are only the basic documents to be submitted in all cases. Additional documents may be requested by the Consulate and Applicants may also be invited for an interview.
  2. All official/legal documents should be no more than 06 months older than the date of application for visa.
  3. Applicant will need to submit 01 set of original and 02 sets of photocopies of their documents at the time of submission of visa application.
  4. Official documents issued in India must be legalised by the Consulate.
  5. 02 set of the applicant’s passport’s 01st page, last page and address page must also be provided.
  6. The Consulate may ask for verification from the bank/financial institutions for the financial documents provided.
  7. The Consulate also processes applications for Luxembourg.
  8. Minor applicants must provide a letter of consent signed by both parents.

  10. Please take a photocopy of the first page of your passport prior to your submission at VFS.
