Please Note:

• The applicable visa fee in Indian Rupees is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice.
• Three categories of applicants are exempted of Visa fees for A, B and C Category Visa:
  • Children under 6.
  • Pupils, Students and their accompanying Teachers travelling for Study or Training purposes.
  • Researchers travelling for professional reasons and for specific research projects listed in the European Council’s decision.
• There is a service charge of Rs.607/- per application (Inclusive of Service Tax levied over and above the visa fees )
• The courier facility is available at Rs.200/- per application (Inclusive of Service Tax). This is an optional service.
• The Visa fees need to be paid by Bank Draft only, payable to the Consulate General/Embassy of Belgium respectively.
• Alternate payment options are available at the Belgium Visa Application Centres for payment of visa fees For Delhi and Bangalore at a service charge Rs. 56/- per application (inclusive of service tax) For Mumbai at a service charge of Rs. 125/- per application (inclusive of service tax)
• All fees are non-refundable. 

For applicants applying in Mumbai and Bangalore:

• Payable in favour of “VFS Belgium – SCB A/C No 24105038515”
• Payable in Mumbai
• Dated not later than the presentation of the visa application
• One bank draft per application/person
• For Legalisation of documents the amount should be payable in favour of "The Consulate General of Belgium Mumbai A/C No 1080273 at Royal Bank of Scotland"

• The visa fee for applicants applying to the Belgium Visa Application Centre is payable by a Bank Draft addressed to 'Embassy of Belgium (Consular A/C)' Payable in New Delhi.
